All City of Boise pool season passes are half price starting July 20 through the end of the season! This price adjustment applies to Boise resident and non-resident fees. Visit the Boise Parks and Recreation city pools to learn more about our municipal pools and purchase season passes.

Keep It On Ice

Idaho IceWorld, which is operated by Boise Parks and Recreation, is open all summer long for skating. No matter the temperature outside, it’s always cool on the ice! Check out their calendar of events to plan your next visit.

Still want to get outside and stay active even during a heat wave? Our Ridge to Rivers Trail System team put together a list of “beat the heat” hikes and outdoor tips that’s worth checking out before you hit the trail.

Finally, you can always take a break from the summer heat by floating down the Boise River. Take advantage of Ada County’s shuttle service and tube rentals and we’ll see you at the takeout in Ann Morrison Park!
